When you call our office, the cheerful voice you hear on the other end of the line and the first smiling face you see when you come to our office is mine. I grew up in Meriden and graduated from Maloney High School. I am married and have two grown daughters. I have been working in the orthodontic field for 22 years and am responsible for all the scheduling needs that are the pulse of the office and keep us all on track. I love what I do and especially value the relationships built with our patients and their families. In my free time, you will find me crafting, playing with my grandsons Matthew and Samuel, and my two labs.
Patient Care Coordinator
I have been working in orthodontics since 1997. I love meeting new people and being part of a great team. I am one of the first people you will meet when coming to our office. I am responsible for taking photos and assisting the doctor during your initial exam. You may also find me answering you insurance questions or in the operatory assisting the doctor.
A lifelong resident of Wallingford, Heather and her husband Marc have 2 children. When she’s not working you can find her and her family getting together with friends or on any softball field.
Hi my name is Amela and I joined this amazing ortho team in February. I graduated from Tunxis dental assisting program and have been in love with dentistry ever since. My passion is helping patients achieve the smile they have always desired. In my free time I like to go on long hikes with my dog and spend time with my family.
My name is Ashley Williams but my friends call me Nephertiti or Neff. One of the main reasons I love being an Orthodontic Assistant is because of the combination of artistry and science that comprises this field of work. When I am not putting on braces, I love doing things that keep me smiling like singing, dancing and studying other modalities of natural health and medicine.
My name is Megha but my friends call me Maggie. I love being an orthodontic assistant. As an orthodontic assistant I not only help enhance the health of patient but am a part of creating a beautiful smile that boosts my patient’s self confidence and self-esteem. When not at work I love travelling & listening to music.
