Patient Care Coordinator
I have been working in orthodontics since 1997. I love meeting new people and being part of a great team. I am one of the first people you will meet when coming to our office. I am responsible for taking photos and assisting the doctor during your initial exam. You may also find me answering your insurance questions.
I am a lifelong resident of Wallingford. My husband Marc and I live here with our two children. When I’m not working, you can find me and my family getting together with friends or on any softball field.
When you call our office, the cheerful voice you hear on the other end of the line and the first smiling face you see when you come to our office is mine. I have been working at Zaidi Orthodontics for 22 years and am responsible for all the scheduling needs that are the pulse of the office and keep us all on track. I love what I do and especially value the relationships built with our patients and their families.
I grew up in Meriden and graduated from Maloney High School. I am married and have two grown daughters. In my free time, you will find me crafting, baking, playing with my grandsons Matthew and Samuel and my dog, and relaxing on my porch swing watching all the wildlife.
Hi, my name is Amela and I joined this amazing orthodontic team in February. I graduated from Tunxis dental assisting program and have been in love with dentistry ever since. My passion is helping patients achieve the smile they have always desired.
In my free time, I like to go on long hikes with my dog and spend time with my family.
My name is Ashley Williams but my friends call me Nephertiti or Neff. One of the main reasons I love being an orthodontic assistant is because of the combination of artistry and science that comprises this field of work.
When I am not putting on braces, I love doing things that keep me smiling like singing, dancing, and studying other modalities of natural health and medicine.
My name is Megha but my friends call me Maggie. I love being an orthodontic assistant. As an orthodontic assistant, I am a part of creating a beautiful smile that boosts my patients’ self-confidence and self-esteem.
When not at work, I love traveling and listening to music.
